Information we collect
Where account features are enabled, registration may collect your name, email address and account credentials. The LMS may store course enrollment, quiz scores and learning progress.
How information is used
To create and manage accounts, provide access to purchased courses, track learning and respond to support requests.
Payments
Payments may be processed by an external payment provider such as Razorpay once the merchant account is configured. Sensitive card information should be processed by the payment provider, not stored in the NEXA DIGITAL database.
Optional AI assistance
If Groq-powered learning support is enabled, lesson questions may be sent to the selected AI provider to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
Security and retention
We aim to use password hashing, account access checks and appropriate technical protections. Actual retention periods, cookie use, legal contact details and deletion procedures must be confirmed and published by the owner.
