Before purchasing
Students should review the course syllabus, learning format, price and the available free lesson preview before paying. This is currently a visual/text learning platform; course videos are not included.
Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments
Any payment captured without corresponding course access should be investigated by the support team using the payment provider's records. Duplicate charges should also be reviewed and resolved according to the payment provider's procedures and applicable law.
Refund eligibility
The site operator must publish the applicable cancellation/refund window, conditions, exceptions, request method, timelines and support contact before accepting real payments. No specific refund promise is made by this development template.
How to report a payment problem
When support is configured, contact the official published support channel with your registration email, course title, payment date and transaction reference. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
